About Us 

Euclid's Structured Finance Division is the hybrid of a direct commercial lender and a commercial mortgage broker. Put simply, in addition, to being a direct lender for commercial mortgages the firm assists clients by brokering commercial mortgages and construction loans to institutional investors that includes insurance companies, pension funds, conduits, and commercial banks. The firm's founders and principals bring with them a range of knowledge and experience that has been tested and proven in the marketplace. We are leading experts in mortgage backed securities, securitization, and structuring with a wealth of experience in underwriting and analyzing commercial loans.
